My husband I both were examined by Steven, a PA. He listened to us, ran the appropriate test for my husband and prescribed our meds. The wait was shirt, even though there were quite a few people in the queue. The staff was pleasant and very courteous. This is our second visit in a very short period of time to Priority and we recommend it to anyone who needs urgent care.
On Monday 3/31 I took my 11yr old son to this Urgent Care. He had pain in his stomach and side. The pain was making it hard for him to walk and he felt very light headed. As a mom we know when our kid is really suffering verses the average cold or upset stomach. I explained all the symptoms to the nurse and Dr. Rivera who came in the room. My experience was my first time with Priority Urgent Care. They could not have been any more professional, kind and efficient than they were. I would recommend them to anyone‼️ I even forgot something there and they put it in the manager’s office overnight and had it for me today! Excellence that is the word I’d use for them.
The receptionist that helped us out was amazing! It was our first time at Priority Urgent care and the receptionist made sure that our check-in process was super simple. My daughter was there to get a school sports physical done and the whole process was quick and easy. The doctor was very professional as well. I definitely recommend this urgent care.
There always so nice upfront. Crystal was very professional and helped me quickly with an appointment. The back office was even faster. Last time I went in was a Saturday morning. I went in at 10am and was out by 11am. Fastest and the best urgent care doctors you can ask for. They even have an app to see paper work.
