My experience at Priority Urgent Care was a mix of both good and disappointing. Unfortunately, the front office staff was neither friendly nor helpful, which made the initial experience less than welcoming. However, the back office staff was absolutely exceptional! They were kind, attentive, and professional. The doctor was efficient, addressed my concerns, and had me in and out in no time, with the treatment I needed to get on the road to recovery. Had a great experience at Priority Urgent Care. I went in for shortness of breath and chest pain, and the whole process was quick and smooth. Check-in only took a few minutes, and I was seen shortly after with very little wait time. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the doctor took the time to listen and ask questions. They diagnosed an asthma flare-up, gave me a shot, and provided meds to help over the next few days. Within an hour of being home I felt much better, and by the next day I was back to normal. I always receive excellent care at Priority Urgent Care. They are attentive and concerned about my health issues. I'd give them 10 stars if they were available.
In and out in less than an hour. This was with check-in, wait time, vitals, seeing the provider, getting an xray, having the provider come in and explain the results, an injection and a prescription. Super fast and everyone was super nice. My only complaint is how cold it is in that building but worth it!
Had my hand sliced open. They were extremely courteous and polite. They got me in a room rather quickly and cleaned numbed and stitched me up with no issues whatsoever. They were nice and extremely careful not to cause any unnecessary pain or discomfort. I asked the trainer to let the trainee numb me and stitch me for practice and she did an amazing job! Trainer and trainee were great!
