Short wait time, staff greeted you as soon as You walk through the doors. Staff is friendly, helpful and easy to get information from. Doctors take their time with you, and know their stuff. The best urgent care I've been to in Bakersfield.
Clinic was very clean. Didn't have to wait long. All staff were kind and compassionate. The doctor was thorough and addressed all my concerns. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!
It was like going to a fast food place. I’ll explain what I mean by that in a second. I’ll say the clerks were nice. The place looks nice. Usually it’s a good to get seen quickly. Nothing wrong with any of that. But it felt like the doctor just wanted to leave and get to the next room and speed run his check ups, it felt like he didn’t care at all about me or my condition. I did not wait long, the sign in process was efficient and quick. The doctor I saw was very personable and helpful. Steven diagnosed my situation and prescribed the meds I needed and sent me on my way. I would recommend Priority Urgent Care 100%!
Priority Urgent Care took me as a walk in and made the entire process easy. The check-in kiosks are super easy to use, even to scan IDs. All staff were attentive and sensitive to my needs. I had to wait a bit because of test results but the medical professional who helped me really listened and communicated very clearly. I've been going to Priority Urgent Care for a few years now and this is exactly why.
