Impressed with friendliness of staff. I am terrified of doctors, most especially when I do not know who I am going to see. From the receptionist to the doctor/PA, everyone made me feel comforted. I have never been to an urgent care facility in which I was treated so nicely. For some reason, my GP no longer sees patients without an appointment and (rudely) tells us to go to urgent care (2X in one week). So, should I ever need care in the future (by God's grace I will not), I will not hesitate to use Priority Urgent Care.
I got new insurance through my employers It was my first time here. And I had a great experience. They saw me and my son at the same time. They took very good care of us. dr. Tyler was amazing! And instead of making you feel unheard, he listened to what you’re feeling and explained your diagnosis as well as the reason for the things he was providing. My 12 year old son got hit by a car while he was riding his bike home not even a block away from his school. To say the least, as this was my first time experiencing such a thing, I just felt better by going in and having my son seen in person and fully checked out. Was seen by Marissa Hernandez NP. From the moment we were brought back for vitals, I felt like we were more of an inconvenience rather than a patient in need of care. The MA quickly rushed through vitals, questions. Hardly pausing for an answer with replies. Once brought back to the room we waited to be seen. Which was expected.
