The front desk girls and MA were great, but after waiting the normal time, my provider barely gave me 30 seconds of her time. She half-looked in my throat, no breathing exam or any other testing. After telling me she would send in a prescription, she walks out leaving me to wonder if I’m good to go or if I’m even done?? Everything was so fast I can’t even recall her name or what she told me she would prescribe. I felt extremely dismissed.
I sliced the tip of my finger about 1/2 around and I needed stitches. I have Kaiser and dreaded sitting at Kaiser urgent care for hours, so I wend to Priority Urgent Care just around the corner from my home off Allan road and Brimhall. I was thrilled to hear they accepted Kaiser. The front staff were polite and friendly and the nurse practitioner Renee, was amiable, professional, and quick. I was seen right away as an out of town walk in. I had an accident while being out of town and needed stitches. The nice lady at the front desk got me checked in right away. I was taken right back and examined. They throughly cleaned my wound. The Dr she was absolutely hilarious and amazing. She took her time making sure I was okay and not badly injured. I've been to many urgent care facilities in many states but this is by far the best one I've ever been to! Everyone was so nice and helpful. They all seemed to care and did an amazing job. Highly recommend this office!
my appointment was scheduled for 430 sat there for over three hours with no communication as to why they were so behind awful experience and had only one dr on staff does that really make sense ? If you feel like crap do you really want to sit in a waiting room and then be sent back to room excited that you think you are going to be seen and sitting in the room another hour with no communication and freezing at that point don’t you think if they are 2 to 3 hours behind they might let you know and maybe reschedule or maybe de... read more
