The doctor was amazing—very patient, kind, and professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit and took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was not as positive. They were not very welcoming or friendly, which made the overall experience feel less inviting. Despite that, the excellent care I received from the doctor made a big difference.
I had a great experience at Priority Urgent Care. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to recognize Delaney, the medical assistant who drew my blood. She was very kind, patient, and professional, and she made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She explained what she was doing and made the experience much easier than I expected. Easy to book appointment on line, was called back in less than 10 minutes and headed home within 20 minutes… Have been here several times with the same experience. Yes, I was treated/ diagnosed/ prescriptions and better within the expected timeframe… So convenient and professional! Thanks!!
Short wait, professional and competent staff. Dr was very informative and easy to talk to. She explained and answered all my questions. The nurse that took my blood was the best I’ve ever had. Calm, confident and a steady hand. I didn’t even feel it. She just moved here from Ventura. I forgot her name? But she was the best.
my appointment was scheduled for 430 sat there for over three hours with no communication as to why they were so behind awful experience and had only one dr on staff does that really make sense ? If you feel like crap do you really want to sit in a waiting room and then be sent back to room excited that you think you are going to be seen and sitting in the room another hour with no communication and freezing at that point don’t you think if they are 2 to 3 hours behind they might let you know and maybe reschedule or maybe de... read more
