I got in fast and was seen by a sweet girl that took my vitals and she was very personable and was talking to me like i was her friend and i felt very welcome. I can’t remember her name but she had a black french tip manicure and wa so darn sweet. Now the doctor I saw her name was Mickey i believe and this was the sweetest doctor i’ve ever met. The doctor was amazing—very patient, kind, and professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit and took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was not as positive. They were not very welcoming or friendly, which made the overall experience feel less inviting. Despite that, the excellent care I received from the doctor made a big difference.
The front desk girls and MA were great, but after waiting the normal time, my provider barely gave me 30 seconds of her time. She half-looked in my throat, no breathing exam or any other testing. After telling me she would send in a prescription, she walks out leaving me to wonder if I’m good to go or if I’m even done?? Everything was so fast I can’t even recall her name or what she told me she would prescribe. I felt extremely dismissed.
Easy to book appointment on line, was called back in less than 10 minutes and headed home within 20 minutes… Have been here several times with the same experience. Yes, I was treated/ diagnosed/ prescriptions and better within the expected timeframe… So convenient and professional! Thanks!!
my appointment was scheduled for 430 sat there for over three hours with no communication as to why they were so behind awful experience and had only one dr on staff does that really make sense ? If you feel like crap do you really want to sit in a waiting room and then be sent back to room excited that you think you are going to be seen and sitting in the room another hour with no communication and freezing at that point don’t you think if they are 2 to 3 hours behind they might let you know and maybe reschedule or maybe de... read more
