My experience began the moment I entered the receptionist area. Attentive, polite and caring. I can express how important that is to me as i was not feeling well. I was amazed at the triage assistant was kind and also attentive. I apologized in advance for not remembering her name of my attending doctor as I was not feeling well. I chose this urgent care because they really care about their patients. I was there no more than 30 min for everything. The doctor Ana was the most caring and great manners. From the moment I came in and left it was the best human care possible.
I went in the middle of the week, in the middle of the day, waited just 20 minutes as a walk-in and was helped very quickly. Thank you for having such great processes in place! The staff were very professional and compassionate.
The front staff were very pleasant and helpful. The wait time was minimal. The entire facility including the restroom was clean. The doctor was prompt and explained my situation completely, he answered my questions fully.
My visit to Primary Urgent Care was encouraging. The check in clerks were kind and efficient. I was seen, treated, and out the door in less than one hour. Fantastically feeling much better already. Thank you all!!
