I’ve been coming to this location specifically for almost a year now. Every visit has been great! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, the providers are very professional, empathetic, and are truly there for you. The few referrals I have needed have always been sent out promptly, and any prescriptions that I have needed have been sent out the same day as well. All around they are a fantastic medical group, an amazing office, and I’m so glad to be a part of them.
I have been going to Vanguard Medical for over 10 years since 2015. I started in Shafter and I absolutely loved MaryJane and Danessa, and the staff there. I moved to the Bakersfield Calloway location because it was closer to my home and work, and I heard great things about Mary Collignon there as well. I have been very happy with the attention I have always received. I have even got some of my friends to go there too.
I had a great experience for my initial visit. Everyone in the office was professional and pleasant. Dr. Cabrera is awesome, he was very friendly and took the time to thoroughly go over my lab results (I brought in) with me. I didn’t feel rushed, Dr. Cabrera is a real sweet man!! I am confident, working together, I will receive top notch care!. Thank you Dr. Cabrera and the Vanguard Medical Corporation staff for the great experience!!
The receptionists there are always efficient and straight to the point ..getting us in and out and the Doctor we have (Dr.Thomas Collard) has always understood and listened very well to our concerns and taken good care of me and my wife. I had a situation once and I wasn't having the best day...I will say that I wasn't the nicest to the staff, but regardless they stayed poised and professional always. I commend then for their Patience, Kindness, and professionalism.
My experience here is always great... The ladies at the front desk are always nice and helpful whether I'm checking in or have a question about billing. The nurses and doctors are also friendly and are great about addressing your concerns. This is the best experience I've had at any Urgent Care facility.
