I walked in yesterday to get a fill on a prescription I have been getting my entire life (for my extremely low levels of Vitamin D3 from the chemotherapy I received) that ran out of refills. I recently became a patient here a little over a year ago and they want to claim they haven’t seen me in a while even though that’s not true, and as a result denied my prescription. I’ve been coming to this location specifically for almost a year now. Every visit has been great! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, the providers are very professional, empathetic, and are truly there for you. The few referrals I have needed have always been sent out promptly, and any prescriptions that I have needed have been sent out the same day as well. All around they are a fantastic medical group, an amazing office, and I’m so glad to be a part of them.
Staff has always been wonderful. Professionals and friendly. Dr. Park very Professional. Kind. Tom Collard PA unfriendly, unprofessional. Wanted to send me to many other contacts, example: Psychiatrist, Neurologist, Cardiologist, Neurologist, and another pain clinic. I seen one, at his request. It was a Sport Medicine PA. My experience has been great in all my interaction with the health care team. I especially went to thank Dr. Park. He is one of the best doctor. He listens and answers all my questions. My health has improved a lot since going under his care.
Was a decent place when they first opened, fast service , nice drs. Then it started declining. I used to be able to wait in my car as to not expose myself to more germs and was told at the last apt I couldn’t do that… excuse me then have a well waiting room and sick waiting room. Then I make an apt for my daughter who has been sick for three days now due to me making apt and waiting till today to go.
