Update—- again PUC saved the day 👍🏼 I have been dealing with a pulled muscle in my back since late September I have been there 3 times and twice to my primary. I honestly thought it was healed and yesterday since I had not hurt in a couple of days I wore high heeled boots to my in laws for T-Day dinner.
