RecommendedThe front desk lady was so nice . At almost any doctors office , urgent care or hospitals, front desk girls are usually rude . There were two of them but the one that handled my paperwork was very pleaseant . More people please need to follow her lead . I wish I would've gotten her name . Fast! Friendly! Efficient! Fractured left 5th metatarsal was treated gently ànd quickly. I highly recommend this urgent care facility .

It only took an hour for the whole visit so I was definitely impressed with that. There were just a couple things I feel could use improvement. The person taking vitals can loosen up a bit. I get its work and your job is to be accurate and make no mistakes but smile more and be more personable. As far as the doctor same thing maybe have a little more bedside manner and inform me more so I know what's going on and not have to ask questions since you'd be explaining everything in detail. Other than that it was great!

The lady at the front desk was amazing very calm vet pleasant . The doctor, assistant and Cray tech also very friendly and efficient. Would go back if need to.
