I wouldn't recommend these facilities to anyone!! Priority advertised " Free physicals for K-12" but that's a flat out lie. They refuse to give free physicals to children if they are not playing for GEYF or Valley Youth. Please don't waste your time, the girl at the front desk was incredibly rude. She has an attitude that needs to be humbled by unemployment.
Older clients beware and take someone with you the staff is incredibly rude and make the process of being seen difficult and uncomfortable to people who are already in discomfort. Will not take my mother in law to the Mt Vernon location ever again.
Horrible experience today at the Calloway location. I had an appt at 8:15 but of course I wasn’t called back until around 8:45. Dr came in, had a Covid/flu test done. The medical assistant asked if I wanted to wait for the results, it would take 15 minutes. I told her yes. After 45 minutes I went to the and asked if they had my results and they said to return to the room. Dr finally came back and kinda laughed “oh you waited” well yeah I was told 15 minutes! Rude staff, untimely delay in care, negligent. Nearly caused my husband a respiratory arrest due to neglectful front desk staff operating outside her scope. Clinical staff unable to admit mistakes and refuse to listen to patient concerns. NP refused to prescribe the duoneb that provided him relief in clinic. Wife went in for a sever cough that nothing was helping with. Dr. told her to basically deal with it. Then after being asked the doctor said they called in the prescription. When the wife went to pick it up the pharmacy said it was never called in. After calling Priority, the staff said the doctor she saw was not there and its not in her file so they cant help her. 4 days later and cough is worse so wife is at another urgent care.. Made my daughter an appointment at the Allen Rd location for a rapid screen covid test so she could return to school. Despite making an appointment we still waited almost 2 hours. When we were seen was told results would be ready within 24 hours. Was not told this before wasting 2 hours. Called back and talked to AJ and asked why I was not told this before hand and he would not answer my question and hung up on me.
