Worst experience. They made us wait 2/3 hours to get no sudden feedback. They were to relaxed and carefree to pay any attention towards the patients.
Terrible experience, they don’t even use proper specimen collection containers that are supposed to be sterile for urine collection- they gave me a Dixie cup to use! With a wipe packet stuffed inside. With no lid or course. It all really defeats the purpose getting proper test done. How are they supposed to do an accurate culture on a urine sample from an unsterile collection cup? Waited nearly two hours for my child to be seen and the girls at the front desk averaged at LEAST and hour to check in a patient. It also smelled and they were out of water, face masks and the bathroom was filthy.
2.5 hour wait for 5 minutes with the doctor. I asked specifically not to take prednisone because of side effects and they confirmed my allergies to penicillin. Went to the pharmacy to pick up the faxed prescriptions for antibiotics, cough syrup, and steroid. My pharmacist informed me they perscribed amoxicillin (same family as penicillin) and methalprednisolone (another form of prednisone). Thankful to my pharmacist who caught the error and my allergy.
Waited 3 hours to get seen at the time I was the only person there
I had been sick for days trying to get into my doctor when a friend suggested this group on Airport drive, worst care I EVER got anywhere! My chest was so conjested been coughing for days and so week I couldn't drive, I was told I wasn't congested by the female PA yet everyone one of my friends and family could hear it and were concerned. I had told her I had a heart attack in October and she said the coughing could be a sign of more heart issues and because of the heart attack they couldn't treat me. I’ve had several good experiences here but I just had a bad one and don’t think I’ll be back. Our insurance changes today but we haven’t received new cards. My son hurt his ankle last night and needed to be checked out so we came here and the girl said it’s showing we have no insurance. I tried calling the plan but it’s a holiday and they’re closed. She said the only way we could be seen is to pay $100 cash upfront and for anything that is done today in cash or they can’t see us and advised us to go to the ER. Updated 1-01-... read more
Dr. Loewen don't know how to write a prescription. I want the brand name of the medication and he did not check the box on the prescription Do not substitute. When he wrote the letter of medical necessity, he did not even signed and wrote the diagnosis so my medication will be approve by the insurance. When Dr. Loewen saw me at the clinic, he did not took any history and did a physical examination on me.
