At the Mount Vernon location I have been there several times for this and that.. There is one particular employee that is rude and hateful to everyone. Unfortunately she has Been there every time I have. Her 1st name is Elizabeth and she says she's a supervisor. Ridiculous that you dont have an expedited system for those who make appointments you syill have them waiting 2 hours. no dr needed just do yhe covid test in the cars. stupid unorganized. lack of care or service
Not professional for the employees to trash talk patients when they walk away in front of other customers. Never answer the phone when you need help
Provide COVID test results when you say will! Don’t allow someone who is coughing and having breathing problems sit in the lobby. A 2 hour wait time is not acceptable!
The first time I was tested, serve and results were excellent. I am not impressed with their service the 2nd time around. With cases increasing, their customer service has also gone down hill. They don’t even answer the phone and that is unacceptable. The staff makes up excuses, stating that their lines are ringing off the hook but the phone line never has a busy signal. Rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t send my enemies there.
The Calloway office is unprofessional and the medical assistant I saw was uneducated.She couldn’t figure out when 48 hrs was. I had a TB test Mon am about 830. Returning Wed late afternoon around 4. She told me I was a day early then proceeded to try & count -I don’t even know what ?. I was adamant about the time frame & trying to explain 24 hr increments to her - she got irritated & said she’d ask her supervisor. She came back w my results & wanted to hurry me out . Been here sine 12:15, it took an hour for them to “process my paperwork” and we are still waiting to be called in. At least 3 people that arrived AFTER us were called in before us. I should have just gone to Accelerate Urgent Care. This place can’t even get the order of their patients let alone their priorities straight.
I arrived at 5:00 in the evening. I was told I would be in and out in 45 minutes. I wasn’t even put in a room until 6:20. I finally left just before 8:00. The doctor was great, but the wait was ridiculous! I will try and see if there is another one near my home/work that has better service times!
